He appreciates that at CEC, hard work and growth do not go unnoticed, creating opportunities to build a lifelong career. Wade approaches each day with a mindset of giving his best 100 percent of the time, no matter the situation. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his three boys. If he were not in the electrical industry, Wade would pursue his passion for building hot rods and street rods.
