Steve finds great satisfaction in taking part in transforming a piece of land into multi-family housing, watching the process unfold from start to finish and knowing it will make a difference for the people who live there. He values the family feeling at CEC and sees endless possibilities for growth and success. For him, teamwork is built on trust and dependability, and a job well done means ensuring employees, customers, and the company all leave each project happy. Each day, Steve strives to achieve more than before and be better for his team. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and grandkids, and taking in all that northern Michigan has to offer. If he weren’t in the electrical industry, he could see himself working in transportation.
