Each day, he focuses on prioritizing work, setting goals, and ensuring his apprentices have the skills they need to complete their tasks successfully so the team can consistently pass inspections. Outside of work, Larry enjoys spending time with his family at their cottage, where they make the most of activities like boating, fishing, swimming, and ATV trail riding.
