Jeremy values the opportunity to demonstrate his skills and grow through hard work, while working alongside a team that depends on one another to get the job done. For him, success means delivering a project on time, on budget, and leaving customers and homeowners genuinely happy with the results. He approaches each day knowing plans can change, and focuses on adapting to keep things moving forward. Though he jokes that he’s “exceptionally boring,” Jeremy enjoys paddle boarding, hiking, watching movies, and playing board and card games. His love for the outdoors started with his first summer job at a state park, an experience that even had him considering a career as a park ranger.
