David has been instrumental in shaping Consolidated Electrical Contractors’ growth and culture. When he acquired the company, it had just 15 employees; today, it has grown to nearly 200 team members under his leadership. Throughout that expansion, David has remained committed to a people-first mindset.
He finds his greatest reward in collaboration — celebrating shared wins, supporting individual growth, and fostering an environment where everyone can succeed. For David, a job well done means more than meeting expectations; it reflects shared responsibility, inclusion, and pride in the outcome. He credits CEC’s success to a strong sense of camaraderie and a culture that treats people like family.
Outside of work, David prioritizes time with his wife and kids and enjoys golfing whenever possible. While many know him as a leader in the electrical industry, few may realize his dream job would be farming — a pursuit that reflects his appreciation for hard work, patience, and the satisfaction of seeing growth from the ground up.
