He appreciates the balance of a family feel within a growing company, along with the opportunity to learn from knowledgeable teammates who are committed to advancing their skills and supporting one another.

He brings a positive, glass half full mindset to work each day, approaching challenges with optimism and an open mind. Austin believes every problem has a solution and focuses on finding the best path forward.

Outside of work, Austin enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially raising his son. He stays active with golf, hunting, and fishing, and also enjoys firing up his smoker for cookouts.
